I selected Dixie Olson for a recent real estate sale of a Sturgis-area acreage in Meade County. It was a complex sale, but Dixie provided outstanding customer service, herded all the parties and experts and authorities to get it done, and in solid shape. Besides @PropertiesUnlimitedRealty, I am familiar with many of the other nearby agents and brokerages. But, I just felt that Dixie's seasoned experience in the business, plus her extensive knowledge of the market and local contacts gave me an edge in selling the property...and it worked!
