Every year in the beginning of august, the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally descends on the town of Sturgis. Starting in 1938 when a Clarence "Pappy" Hoel decided to race his favorite motorcycles against some friends, the Sturgis Rally is now the largest gathering of motorcycle enthusiasts in the world.
